Instructions

Here you can find 3 tracks that support the practice of Coherent Breathing.

They are: "Vocal Instructive Sequence", "2 Bells", and "Clock & Bell".

The first track is an introduction to the practice that lasts for a few minutes.

Each track can be played by selecting it on the player below.

  2 Bells by Coherence

Vocal Instructive Sequence - ~20 minutes of verbally directed "inhalation and exhalation" on top of a babbling mountain brook. (~20 minutes) ~15MB.

 

 

  

 

 

 

  2 Bells by Coherence

2 Bells - 2 Tibetan bells alternating every 6 seconds signal changes in inhalation and exhalation. This track fades in and fades out very slowly and softly. (~20 minutes) ~ 30MB.

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

  

Clock & Bell - 2 bells Tibetan alternating every 6 seconds signal changes in inhalation and exhalation. (~20 minutes) ~ 30MB.

Download Instructions For PC

Left click and the link will open and play.

To download, right click and "Save As" or "Save Link As" to a location on your computer.

Browse to the location where you wish to store the file, i.e. desktop, downloads folder, other...

This will begin the download process which typically takes a few minutes to complete.

 

Download Instructions For Mac

Place your mouse on the link and press the "Control" key.

This will present a dropdown menu.

Scroll down and select "Save Linked File To Downloads."

The file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.

 

 

Once the download is complete:

a) Click it to play, or

b) Move it directly onto an Android based phone, or

c) For an iPod or iPhone, open iTunes. Drag the file into iTunes (where iTunes must reprocess the audio into proprietary Apple format). Once complete, plug the iPod into the computer and move the item from iTunes onto the iPod. (This is standard iPod procedure. There is nothing different.) The procedure for an iPhone is the same as an iPod.
