What Coherence does with personal data, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. This describes the site as it actually behaves, which for now is very little.

Who is responsible

Coherence is operated by Booth.com Ltd, Suite 4, 4 Giro’s Passage, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. Booth.com Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here.

For anything in this policy, write to team@coherence.com.

What we collect

If you email us, we hold your email. That is the whole of it. We keep your address and whatever you write, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Reading this site collects nothing about you. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no database of visitors. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you between visits, and we do not follow you to other websites.

What we do not do

No analytics. No advertising or marketing trackers. No profiling and no automated decision-making. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing — there is nothing to sell and nobody to share it with.

Cookies and web fonts

The site sets two cookies, both strictly necessary: a session cookie and a security token. Neither identifies you and neither can be switched off without breaking the site. Our Cookie Policy lists them in full.

The site can load its typefaces from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google. We ask before doing it, and the request is not made unless you say yes. Your answer is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.

Why we are allowed to hold it

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept for two years after our last exchange, then deleted. If the conversation led to a contract, we keep what we need for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, and no longer.

Your web font choice sits in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. These are set out in full, with how to use them, on our data rights page.

Complaints

Please raise it with us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which supervises data protection in Gibraltar, or to the supervisory authority where you live if that is elsewhere.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you we will say so on the site rather than rely on you re-reading it.
